Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on caps that have been worn or used.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or used caps

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale or discounted items (if marked as “Final Sale”)

  • Customized or personalized items


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for:

    • Defective items

    • Damaged items upon arrival

    • Incorrect item sent

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to request photos or additional information before approving an exchange.

  • Replacement items are subject to availability.


Returns & Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item back

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
