Refund & Return Policy

At NOGORSHILPO-US, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every cap we design and manufacture. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item is in its original condition with all original tags attached.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special promotional events.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us — Email us at support@nogorshilpo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions — Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item Back — Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Refund Processed — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please:

  1. Return the original item following the return process above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website.

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@nogorshilpo.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a full refund or a free replacement at no additional cost to you. You will NOT be required to return the damaged item in most cases.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, NOGORSHILPO-US will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size selected, style preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. First, check your bank account or PayPal again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nogorshilpo.com, and we will investigate immediately.
