Wholesale Policies

1. Wholesale is available exclusively to physical/offline shop owners. Online-only businesses are not eligible.
2. All documents and shop details submitted must be authentic and verifiable.
3. LLC or Trade License is required to process wholesale applications.
4. Shop verification may include photo confirmation or additional documentation requests.
5. Minimum order: 100 pieces per style, minimum $3000 per order.
6. Product delivery via FedEx, estimated delivery time 45 days from order confirmation.
7. Return & Refund: Only damaged products with 100% proof are eligible for a refund.
8. Order cancellation: If cancelled within 2–3 days of placing, refund will be processed. Outside this period, no refunds are allowed.
9. After form submission, product pricing will be sent and our team will contact you directly for further coordination.
10. We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet physical shop criteria.
11. Submitting this form constitutes agreement to our wholesale terms and policies.
